The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the goods/services of the nature mentioned in the agreement, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's site serefkuden.com.tr.
The essential characteristics of the goods/services and the VAT-inclusive sales price are presented in detail to the BUYER on the relevant product page. The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted this information before confirming the order.
The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via the contracted courier company within 30 days at the latest from the date of the agreement. The delivery time throughout Turkey is 1-3 business days. A same-day delivery option is available within the province of Muğla.
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. During the withdrawal period, the product's packaging must be unopened, unused, undamaged and suitable for resale.
The BUYER who exercises the right of withdrawal is obliged to send the product back to the SELLER by return courier. The refund is carried out within 14 days after the return arrives.
Opened food products, perishable coffee blends and personalized gift sets are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card (iyzico/PayTR), bank transfer/EFT, or cash on delivery. Payment security is ensured with 3D Secure.
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the articles of this agreement.
