Delivery and Return Terms

1. Delivery

Once your payment is approved, your orders are carefully prepared and shipped to your address via our contracted courier company.

  • Preparation time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days throughout Turkey. A same-day delivery option is available within the province of Muğla.
  • Shipping fee: Shipping is free on purchases of 2000 TL and above. For other orders, a shipping fee is applied based on the size (volumetric/weight) of the order.
  • Order tracking: You can follow the status of your shipped order using its tracking number. You can also view your order status on the My Account page.

Public holidays and weekends are not included in the delivery times. In extraordinary situations (high demand, weather conditions, etc.), delays may occur; in such cases you will be contacted.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty (in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts).

For a return to be accepted, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.

3. Return Process — How Does It Work?

  1. Contact us with your order number by calling +90 252 214 16 64 or by email at info@serefkuden.com.tr.
  2. Hand the product over to the return courier in its original packaging, together with the invoice/order information.
  3. The returned product is approved after it reaches us and is inspected.
  4. Following approval, your refund is processed within 14 days.

4. Refunds

The refund is made to the payment method you used at checkout:

  • Credit/debit card (iyzico): The refund is credited back to the bank that issued your card; depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear in your account.
  • Bank transfer/EFT: Refunded to the IBAN you provide.
  • Cash on delivery: Refunded to the IBAN you provide.

5. Non-Returnable Products

For reasons of hygiene and consumer health of food products; opened food products, perishable freshly roasted/ground coffee blends and personalized gift sets are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These products cannot be returned unless they are defective (faulty).

6. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Products

If you notice that your package is damaged when receiving the shipment, do not accept it without having the courier officer draw up a report. If a damaged, wrong or missing product is found when you open it, contact us within 48 hours; we will replace the product free of charge or refund its price. In this case, the return shipping fee is on us.
